In-app notifications are set to appear only once per user. However, an ad blocker in your web browser may prevent Aconex from recording that you have seen the message

To fix this, add the Aconex web address to your ad blocker’s trusted sites or allow list. Your organization’s IT team may manage these settings for you. Once Aconex is allowed, each notification should only appear once.
