If your organization created an issue, you can close it when it's completed.
From the main navigation menu, click Field and select Issues.
Use the Status filter located under the search bar to identify the issues that are Open, Closed, Ready to Inspect, In dispute or Work Done and click Search.
Scroll to locate the issue you’re working on.
Click on the three dots menu for the issue you want to close and you’ll see a list of status options.
Select Close Issue from the list.
As soon as you do this, the issue closes and automatically updates its status.
