If your organization created an issue, you can close it when it's completed.
Find the area you’re working on using the location selector.
Use the filters to identify the issues that are Open, Ready to inspect or In dispute.
Scroll to locate the issue you’re working on.
Click the three dots menu and you’ll see a list of status options.
Select Close Issue from the list.
As soon as you do this, the issue closes and automatically updates its status.
