Remove organizations you work with in Field

Remove external organizations from the organizations list for your Field project.

Removing an organization:

  • Unshares all issues and inspections that your organization shared with them.
  • Prevents your organization from assigning issues and inspections to them.
  • Does not change the user's access to Field. Removed users will continue to have access based on their assigned role. You can change a user's assigned role before you remove them.

Removal is automatic. You're not asked to confirm the change, If you remove an organization from the list in error, you can add that organization again.

  1. From the main navigation click Field and then select Settings.
  2. Click Field Directory and then select Organizations you work with.
  3. Find the organization you want to remove from the list.
  4. Click the cross at the end of that organization's row in the table.
