Remove people in your organization from your project in Field

Remove users from your organization not are no longer participating on Field

These steps are to remove users within your organization from Field for a specific project.  This does not remove them from the project entirely.  If you wish to remove an individual from a project entirely, see Removing users from your project

  1. Log into Aconex.
  2. Click Setup > Project Settings.
  3. Under Field Settings, click Field Directory, then click Your organization. This page lists the people from your organization who are using Field.
  4. Find the person you want to remove.
  5. Click the bin next to their role description. You can do this for all the people you need to remove.

Tip!

Removal is automatic. You're not asked to confirm the change, but if you remove someone from the list in error, you can add them to the project again.
