Add photos and files to issues

Adding photos and files to new and existing issues.

Along with photos, you can attach video, audio, PDFs, and other files to your issues.

  • Attach photos and files up to 100MB in size.
  • For security, you can't attach .jar and .exe files.
  • Attachments cannot be deleted

Adding photos and files

  1. Click Add from the appropriate subarea, or select an existing issue.
  2. Click Attach.
  3. Browse your photos from your local computer or drag and drop. You can attach multiple photos and files.
  4. You can remove them by clicking the Trash icon.
  5. Click Add to attach your photos and files to the issue. They cannot be deleted.

Viewing photos and files

  1. Select the appropriate issue.
  2. Click the thumbnail for the photo you want to view to see an enlarged version of it.
  3. Click the three dots menu next to a file and select Download.
