Add photos and files to issues

Adding photos and files to new and existing issues.

Along with photos, you can attach video, audio, PDFs, and other files to your issues.

  • Attach photos and files up to 100MB in size.
  • For security, you can't attach .jar and .exe files.
  • Attachments cannot be deleted

Adding photos and files

  1. Select an existing issue.
  2. Click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side panel to open the issue in edit mode. 
  3. Scroll down to Attachments and click Attach.
  1. Browse your photos from your local computer or drag and drop. You can attach multiple photos and files. You can remove them before uploading by clicking the Trash icon.
  2. (Optional) Enter a comment for your attachment in the Description field (255 characters limit).

Tip!

Images with a description will be displayed with a comment icon on the issue details screen. You can click an image to preview it and see its details.
  1. Click Upload to attach your photos and files to the issue. Once attached, they cannot be deleted.

Viewing photos and files

  1. Select the appropriate issue.
  2. Click the thumbnail for the photo you want to view to see an enlarged version of it.
  3. If needed, click the download icon.
