Add O&M documents using Supplier Documents

Upload documents for a Supplier Documents request.

Got a request for O&M documents through Supplier Documents in Aconex?

Follow these instructions to get the documents into Aconex.

  1. Check that you have the correct project selected in the Projects dropdown.
  2. Click Tasks.
  3. Select My Tasks.
  4. Scroll to the Supplier documents section.
  5. Under Submission Required, click on the name of the package.
  1. Click the arrow in File column.
  2. Select Supersede
  1. Click Browse to upload the most recent version of the document from your computer.
  1. Attach your file.
  2. Tag the document correctly.
