Request any documents you need from suppliers

If you're working with a smaller group of documents or organizations

Send your suppliers an Aconex Mail that contains a list of the documents you need.

Ask them to submit the documents using a transmittal.

If you're working on a larger project

Consider using Supplier Documents to manage this step of the process. Supplier Documents are useful when you need to request large numbers of documents from a range of suppliers.
