Get notified of Statuspage notifications via email or text
You can subscribe to receive notifications by clicking the ‘Subscribe to Updates’ button in the top right-hand corner of Statuspage.
If you chose to subscribe to email notifications, you will receive emails whenever Aconex creates, updates or resolves a service disruption.
If you chose to subscribe to text notifications, you will receive text messages whenever Aconex creates or resolves a service disruption. Ensure the number formatting is as required (sample format is pre-populated).
To update preferences or cancel your subscription, add the same email address or phone number you subscribed with, click ‘Subscribe’ and you’ll be taken to your preferences page. Here you can select or deselect components or cancel your subscription entirely.
