The status is determined by the most recent mail in the process that requires a response. If the process contains more than one response required mail, the highest priority status is used.
Use the project filter at the top right to view detailed metrics for a specific project.
On the project screen, you can apply a master/global filter on that project across the Dashboard. For example, you can set Action and Involved As as the filter attributes. See Process metric definitions.
The attributes/metrics you see under the Overall Process Usage heading are aggregated totals for the selected project.
Below this are the attributes/metrics for the selected process on that project. Aggregation is done for the selected process only. The highest overdue process is selected by default. View another process using the selector as shown.
Total Processes: the total number of processes in the project, based on the configuration.
Process by status: (Overdue, Outstanding, Responded, Closed-Out). Each donut chart displays the number of processes by status, and its percentage. Clicking More Details allows you to drill into a process to see details of every individual activity.
The first table displays the aggregated values of certain attributes (by organization or by mail type)
The second table (Process Details) provides an exhaustive list of processes and the linked mail attributes corresponding to the latest activity in that process. See Process metric definitions.
