Add or remove document types for an organizational project role.
We recommend you lock the mail and document types for your project, so other organizations won't be able to set their own types. This keeps the document/mail types standardized for the project.
You can set one organizational project role as the default for new organizations on your project.
Tip!
You must be a Project Administrator from the project owning organization to do this.
Click Setup on the top menu, and then under Project, click Project Settings.
ClickMail/Documents Role Settings.
Click the click the link for the organizational project role you want to edit.
Click the Doc Types tab.
Select the Show All checkbox to list all available document types, if required.
Type a partial name in the search field above theAvailable Doc Types list to filter the list.
To add document types to the role, double-click each type you want to be available for this role in the Available Doc Types list.
To remove document types from the role, double click each type you want to remove in the Selected Doc Types list.
