• Your password expires after 120 days and must be changed. This helps keep your data safe and protected.
• Your password must be between 8 to 40 characters. It must contain at least one lowercase letter, and one uppercase letter.
• Your account will be locked if you enter an incorrect password five times and you must reset your password.
• You cannot reuse any of your previous four passwords. 
• Your password cannot contain your first name, last name or username.

Note: If your organization manages its user accounts with an Identity Domain, the password requirements and expiry may be different. Please ask your Org Admin if you are unsure.
