Link an Aconex account

Link all your Aconex accounts to your Lobby account, and access them all from one place.

Follow these steps to link an Aconex account to your Lobby account.  You'll need to sign into the Lobby first. You can find the Lobby sign-in screen here.

Alternatively your Org Admin can link the account(s) for you.

  1. Click Manage Linked Accounts from the user menu in the top right of the screen.
  1. Click Link an Account.
  1. Select the instance (or project location) your Aconex account is on. You'll be directed to the login screen for that instance to enter your login name and password.
  1. Enter the login name (or email address) and password for the account.
  1. Click Sign In to link the account.
  1. You'll receive a confirmation the account was linked. You can close this tab to go back to the Lobby.
  1. Click Refresh to see the linked account appear on the list.
  1. To go back to the projects list, click on the drop down menu (top left hand corner) and click Projects.
  2. You'll see the projects from the newly linked account have been added to the list.
