Reset the password for a user in your organization

As the Org Admin you can reset the password for a user in your organization when required.

If a user in your organization is unable to reset their password, you can send them a password reset email.

  1. Sign in to the Lobby at constructionandengineering.oraclecloud.com.
  2. Choose Organizations from the main menu.
  3. Click View All Users from the top of your Organization Directory.
  4. From the View all users screen, find the user you want to reset the password for, and select the checkbox next to their name.
  5. Click the three dots menu, select Reset, and choose Password
  6. The user will receive an email with a link to reset their password. If they are still unable to access Aconex, please contact Oracle Support.
