The AU2 Lobby is separate from the commercial Lobby you use to access AU1.
Soon, you'll need an AU2 Lobby account to access AU2 Aconex. Please create a Lobby account as soon as possible.
Currently when you access AU2 Aconex you are guided through a process to create one.
Important: The AU2 Lobby is a seperate Lobby instance to the commercial Lobby (that you may already use to access AU1).
The AU2 Lobby is setup specifically for linking AU2 Aconex accounts, for projects in Australia which require a higher level of security.

You can access AU2 directly here. Use this link to prevent being redirected to the AU2 Lobby.
This is useful if you need to access an Aconex account that hasn't been linked yet, or you've recently unlinked it.
You'll find all the same features as the commercial Lobby. However you can only link, access and manage AU2 Aconex accounts. You can also use SSO. Learn more about the Lobby.
No. You don't have to use the Lobby directly.
Once you have an AU2 Lobby account you can continue to log into the AU2 Aconex instance directly as you normally would, using your email address and Lobby account password. Use the Lobby if you are an Organization Administrator or you have multiple Aconex accounts, as the Lobby lets you see all your accounts and projects for AU2.
Soon you'll need an AU2 Lobby account to access the AU2 Aconex instance.
Open the mobile app and tap Show other sign in methods.
Choose AU Gov (AU2) from the dropdown and tap Sign In.
Read the process to get SSO. Before you begin the setup please contact us to discuss your requirements as you may need to follow a different process.
The full range of APIs are now available for AU2. You can also use Lobby OAuth for additional security for authentication purposes. Contact us for more information.
