See all your accounts, projects, and applications from one screen.
Use the Lobby if you are an Organization Administrator or you have multiple Aconex accounts, as the Lobby lets you see all your accounts, projects, and applications in one place.
Alternatively, you can to log into an Aconex instance directly, using your email address and Lobby account password. You can also sign in using a mobile device.
If your organization administrators have configured Single Sign-On (SSO) for your Lobby account, you can sign in using your company’s network.
If you've forgotten your password you can reset it. Also see How often do I need to reset my password?

If your organization has configured Single Sign-On (SSO), you'll see the sign-in screen for your corporate network to complete the login process.
If you've forgotten your password or it's expired you'll need to reset it. Alternatively ask your Org Admin to send a password reset email to you.
If one of your linked Aconex accounts has 2SV enabled, then you must enable 2SV on your Lobby account to access projects in the linked account.
If you have a new device or accidently deleted the authenticator app, your Org Admin will need to reset 2SV for you so you can sign in.

You'll be automatically logged out of the Lobby after eight hours of inactivity. If your organization manages user accounts with an Identity Domain, the session expiry may be different. Please ask your Org Admin if you are unsure.
