Aconex mail isn't like regular email.
By default, you can see all the mail for your organization except those marked as confidential.
Select Show my mail only. You can then refine the results using the Search field.
Why can you see everyone's mail? Find out who can see your mail and documents in Aconex.
Click on the symbol beside To to see the names of all people who received the mail.
Whenever someone responds to, or forwards mail, this is added to the mail thread, which you can use track your mail's progress. You can see an example of a mail thread in the following graphic. Note that the responses shown are not sequential, they are under the related mail. In this example Patrick O'Leary responded to Barney Baynes, not to Camilla Etherton . These statuses are applied to mail during its workflow. Your project administrator can edit some status labels to reflect your project's process terminology.

Due date is set and some responses received | Partial |
Due date is not set (or viewing as a Cc recipient) | N/A (No Action Needed) |

Initiator has indicated that no further action is required | Closed-Out (Default) |
The status can be different for each recipient.
