Print the QR codes for use on site with Oracle Aconex Mobile

Printed QR codes are used on site to help subcontractors and inspectors find issues in Oracle Aconex Mobile.

Printing QR codes

  1. Log into Aconex in a browser then go to Setup > Project Settings.
  2. Under Field click Areas and select the Areas and sub-areas to see those that are currently available in your project.
  1. Select the row of the area you need to print QR codes for.
  2. Click Actions and select Print QR Codes.
  3. You'll see two options:
    • Print the selected area and next level below - This downloads a PDF with QR Codes for the selected area and the immediate level below.
    • Print the selected area and all levels below - This creates a PDF with QR Codes for the selected area and ALL sub-areas under the selected area. When the file is ready for download, it can be found in Temporary Files.
