Get more out of Models with a 64-bit browser on Windows
A 64-bit browser will provide the Aconex model viewer with the maximum model viewing capacity.
Using a Mac? No need to worry, your browser will be 64-bit by default.
First, check whether or not your current browser is 32- or 64-bit.
If you are on a 32-bit version, you can switch to 64-bit.
If you’re using Chrome already, it’s likely that it is a 32-bit version. To check, from Chrome type chrome://help into the address bar.
If you don’t see “(64-bit)” beside the version number, you should install the 64-bit version.
