Opening a tender invitation from an email notification
Access your tender invitation from the link in your email notification.
Tip!
Users in North America will generally see Bid used in the Aconex interface instead of Tender to conform to local terminology. The functionality is the same.
Open the notification email from Aconex in your local email system (for example, Microsoft Outlook).
Click on the link to open the tender invitation.
Log in to Aconex by entering your Login Name and Password and click the Login button.
On the Invitation tab, you can review the details of the tender and respond to the invitation. See Tender invitation overview for the main features of a tender invitation.
Click the:
Zip Download button to open or save a zip file containing all or selected attachments.
File icon to the left of an attachment to open or save it.
