Delegate a workflow document to someone else

You can ask somebody else in your organization to review the documents assigned to you.

You can only delegate to users in your own organization. The workflow intitator can reassign documents to users in other organizations.

Tip!

Published markups are kept when you delegate or reassign.

  1. Find the documents.
  2. Select the checkbox for each document you want to delegate.
  1. Click Delegate.
  1. Find and select your name in the Replace... field.
  2. Find and select the user you want to delegate this review to in the ...with field.
  3. Click the OK button.
  1. Click the Close button in the confirmation message.
