Change your Lobby account name or password

You can change your details at any time.

Follow these steps if you're able to log in to your account. If you can't access your account you'll need to reset your password.

Note: If you access Aconex with your corporate network using SSO, you need to change your password in your corporate systems. Contact your corporate IT services for help.

  1. Choose User Settings from the user menu in the top right of the screen.
  1. To update your name, make your changes in the fields provided and click Update.
  1. To set a new password, click Change Your Password.
  1. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
