Remove two-step verification (2SV) from your account

Follow these steps if you no longer want to be asked to enter a code when you sign in.

Note: If you've linked Aconex accounts that require two-step verification, this action will prevent you from accessing projects on those accounts. Learn more about 2SV for Aconex accounts.

 

If you're a Lobby Admin and you need to reset 2SV for a Lobby account, follow the steps here.

  1. Sign in to the Lobby.
  2. Select User Settings from the user menu on the top right-hand corner.
  3. You'll see 2SV authentication methods you have enrolled.
  4. To remove an authentication method click the more icon and select Remove this verification method.
  5. When all methods are removed you will no longer be asked for a code when you sign in to the Lobby.
