Register incoming mail or responses to project mail, such as emails, letters or faxes, received from non-Aconex project mail.
Registering ensures that you have a complete and accurate record of all correspondence on the project. You can scan paper-based correspondence and attach the scanned files to the registered mail.
You can register both incoming mail and responses to a mail.
In the From field, add the sender of the original correspondence. If the person you received the correspondence from does not have an Aconex login, you’ll have to set them up as a guest.
Attach the email or scanned copy of the correspondence to your Aconex mail. If you received the correspondence as an email, you can also copy and paste the content into the Aconex mail body.
