Oracle Aconex Mobile is available for iOS and Android phones and tablets.
The Oracle Aconex Mobile app requires your device to be encrypted to ensure your data is safe.
iOS devices are already encrypted, but is turned off by default for some Android devices. If you have an Android device, you may be prompted to enable encryption on your device to use the app.
Additionally, for encryption to be effective, we require your device to be configured with an unlock PIN, Password or Pattern. (sometimes referred to as a Passcode)
Make sure you to keep your mobile app and operating system updated, giving you access to the latest features, improvements and performance enhancements.
If your app is more than three versions behind, you'll be unable to use the app and must update to the latest version. An alert will appear for you to take action. Also see What version of the mobile app am I on?
For Apple devices, if your version of iOS is more than three major versions behind, you'll be prompted to update to the latest version. For Android devices, if your version of Android is more than four major versions behind, you'll be prompted to update to the latest version. From May 31st each year you must update to the latest supported operating system.
