Working with documents on Mobile

Next to the preview of each document you’ll see the:

• document number
• document title
• discipline
• revision
• modified date

The tools available once you selected a document are used to:

• download a document to your device for offline use
• collapse/expand toolbar.

You can also:

• pinch in to zoom in on a document and pinch out to zoom out.
• pan around a document using one finger.

If the tool bar is in the way when you zoom in, you can move it to the either side of your screen, or tap the icon at the bottom of the toolbar to make it smaller.

To see a document's properties:

• Android: Tap the three dots overflow menu, then tap Properties.

• iOS: Tap the Information (i) icon at the bottom of the screen.

Bear in mind the quality of your image when you zoom in is dependent on the quality of the PDF that has been uploaded. If you zoom in and the image is distorted this is because the original PDF is poor quality. Doc controllers should ensure they only upload high res PDFs.
