Adding your organization and project logos

Upload and edit your organization and project logos.

If you’re an Org or Project Administrator, you can upload and manage your organization and project logos with just a few clicks, and by using drag and drop.

Your logo:

  • should have a maximum file size of 10Mb
  • can be JPG, GIF or PNG format
  • the Org logo will appear in the top right in mail
  • the Project logo will appear in the top left in mail and on the Tasks page
  • will be 200px x 80px when seen in Aconex

Once you’ve added a logo into Aconex, you can adjust its position and size as required.

  • Project logos are added via Setup/Project Settings.
  • Organization logos are added from Setup/Organization Details.
