Assigning the Tenders user role

As the Org Admin you can assign, or remove, the Tenders user role to users. This allows them to create Tenders invitations.

Tip!

Make sure you've created the user role first. You can also modify an existing user role.

  1. Click the Setup button on the Module Menu, and under Configuration, click Assign User Roles.
  1. Scroll to the user you want to assign the tenders role to in the Users list.
  2. To assign the user to the tenders role, select the checkbox for this user in the tenders role column.
  3. To remove the tenders role from a user , clear the checkbox for this user in the tenders role column.
  1. Click the Save button.
