Keeping Oracle Aconex up to date with active, engaged organizations.
We're identifying organizations where none of the user accounts in that organization have ever been invited to a project. These organizations are marked for removal from Aconex within 90 days of being registered.
If you're a user in those organizations, we'll send you an email with the subject Upcoming changes to your Oracle Aconex account. This email contains the login name, organization name, and instance of the Aconex account identified as never invited to a project on Oracle Aconex.
If you've received this email, check the organization details listed in the email. You may have an inactive account in another organization or instance. If you wish to keep this Aconex account, you need to get invited to a project. If no action is taken, the account will be removed as per the email.

I'm logged in and see my projects. Why did I receive this email?
You may have an inactive account in another organization or instance. Check the organization details listed in the email, specifically the login name as they are unique in each instance.
Your organization may have registered for Aconex more than once, and we are removing the inactive duplicate. The word 'duplicate' may appear in the organization name.
Rest assured if you are logged in to your Aconex account and can see at least one project, that active account will not be removed.
