Allow mail to be created from a package type

Edit a package type so that package administrators and editors can create and send mail from a package.

This process should be run by a Packages Administrator.

  1. Go to Setup, and select Project Settings. Then click Packages and select Package Types.
  1. Select the package type you want to edit.
  1. Turn on Allow Mail Creation. Administrators and editors will then be able to send mail from packages of that type.
  2. Click Save.

Tip!

ou can't undo this action. Once a package type has been enabled for mail creation, it can't be disabled.
