Save searches in Packages

Create customized searches and save them for later.

  1. Enter your search criteria in the search/filter fields.
  2. Click Search. In the example image below we've filtered on package type. Learn more about searching packages.
  3. Customize the results layout by clicking View Options and selecting Columns.
  4. Click Save Search.
  1. Complete these fields:
    • Name (mandatory) – entering a meaningful name makes it easy to know what the search is for.
    • Description (not mandatory) – Include information about the purpose of the search or its parameters.
  2. To share your search, select the Shared with everyone in my organization or Shared with everyone on this project checkbox.
  3. Click Create.

Tip!

Only users with the project-owning organization can share project-wide saved searches.

Your search should now appear in the Saved Searches list.
