Delete a project

Request deletion of an internal system project where no other organizations participate.

Required permissions
Delete Project

If you have permission, you can request to delete a project your organization owns, and no other organizations are participating on. We refer to projects eligible for deletion as System Projects.

Once the project is deleted, all data contained in the project will be permanently deleted. You cannot request an archive of a deleted project. Make sure you've checked and backed up any required data before you request deletion. Aconex does not check if any data exists on a project before deletion.

The project will be deleted after 30 days from your request. You must have authority within your organization to initiate the request.
