Things to note:
- The unique data ownership model means your data is in your control. Your data is your data, but you can choose to share it with others.
- Oracle cannot migrate or change data for you. The unique data ownership model applies to us too. We do not have access to project data.
- Aconex's permanent audit trail means data cannot be edited. Once a mail is sent, the information cannot be changed.
Documents
Mail
- Mail can be exported or forwarded individually. Consider forwarding only the important outstanding tasks.
- You can link mail to a package and then export the package. Each mail in the package will be exported as a PDF.
- Request a project archive that can be used as a reference for historic mail. Once downloaded to your computer, you can choose to share your downloaded archive with others.
- Creating mail in bulk may be achieved using APIs. Your organization will require the knowledge and expertise to develop your own integration. Alternatively, ask Oracle for a quote to develop an integration for you to use.
Workflows
- Complete or terminate all in-progress workflows.
- Export a list of workflows that could not be completed. They can be re-initiated by the new organization.
Field
- Reassign your issues and inspections. Note: You can only close issues and inspections that were created by your organization.
- Share all issues and inspections so they can be recreated by the new organization. You can export your list of issues to help you recreate them.
