Preview a document

Preview documents directly from the document register.

The Preview feature allows you to see the contents of a document from within the Document Register. 

Preview supports PDFs, JPG, and PNG file types. You will only be able to see the first page of the document.

  1. Search the document register.
  2. Click more options (three dots menu) on a document then select Preview.
  1. From the preview, you can:
  • Download the document.
  • Navigate through the Document Register using the arrows on either side of your document preview. 
  • Exit the preview, by pressing escape on your keyboard or clicking the X in the top right corner.
