Receive automatic email notifications for overdue tasks

Receiving email alerts to remind you about overdue Aconex tasks.

This setting will notify you of your overdue tasks, and any tasks you've created for others that are overdue.

Enabling this setting will send:

  • A daily email to you, confirming all mail that is overdue and waiting your response.
  • A daily email to all recipients that have overdue mail that was sent by you.
  • A daily summary to you, confirming which recipients received an overdue notification email.

The email includes each overdue mail with the project, mail number, subject, due date, and days overdue.

Tip!

Receiving overdue workflow notifications? They are administered by the organization that initiated the workflow. You'll need to contact the workflow initiator if you want to stop receiving them.

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Under Configuration, click Preferences.
  1. Scroll down to Personal settings, Notifications, Receive overdue notifications via email.
  1. Clear the checkbox in the Use Default Setting column.
  1. Check the box next to Receive overdue notifications via email.
  2. Click Save.
