Opening a tender transmittal from the Tasks module
You can open tender transmittals from the Unread Transmittal CC list on the My Tasks page.
Tip!
Users in North America will generally see Bid used in the Aconex interface instead of Tender to conform to local terminology. The functionality is the same.
If you've opened the transmittal, but not responded, look in the Outstanding Transmittals list.
Select your project from the Project Selector at the top of the page.
Select Tasks on the Module Menu, and under View, choose My Tasks.
If required, click the Documents title bar to expand the documents list.
Expand Unread Transmittal CC list, if required.
Click the transmittal number to open the transmittal.
