Registering documents from a tender transmittal

If your organization is not set to automatically upload documents to the register, you can upload attachments to the register from the tender transmittal.

Tip!

Users in North America will generally see Bid used in the Aconex interface instead of Tender to conform to local terminology. The functionality is the same.

  1. Open the tender transmittal. See Open a tender transmittal from the Mail module or Open a tender transmittal from the Tasks module.
  1. Select the checkbox for each attachment you want to move to the register.
  2. Click the Update Register button.
  1. A list of the attachments registered appears.
  2. Click the Close button.
