Configure test plan template approvers

Choose which organizations can publish test plan templates.

If an Associate publishes a template and there are no Administrators in their organization, they can select an organization to approve it. Test Plan Administrators (from the project-owning organization) can configure the list of available approvers from project settings. The project-owning organization is listed as the approver by default. You can remove the project-owning organization as an approver, but you must select at least one organization first.

  1. From the main navigation menu, click Setup and select Project Settings.
  2. Click Test Plans and select Template Publishing Orgs.
  3. Select and add the organizations who need to be template approvers. Note the specific users in those organizations will need to be Test Plan Administrators.
