Change your Aconex account password

This article has been retired.

All users now access Aconex using a Lobby account. Please see the steps to change your account password.

If you can't log in, you'll need to reset your password.

  1. Click the Setup button on the Module Menu and under User, click Account Details.
  1. Click the Password button.
  1. Enter the your current password in the Current Password field.
  2. Enter the your new password in both the:
    • New Password field  and
    • Confirm Password field.
  1. Click the Save button.

Tip!

Your new password must conform to the password rules to be able to save it.
