Having trouble with two-step verification (2SV)? We're here to help
If you are prompted to enter your 6-digit verification code, but don't know your code, and unable to obtain it, you’ll need to ask your Organization Administrator to reset your 2SV enrolment.
This means you’ve been added to a project that requires 2SV, or because your organization needs you to use it. You'll need to complete the setup for 2SV.

If you’re working on a project that requires 2SV you can avoid this extra level of security by leaving the project. Contact the Project Administrator from the project owning organization, and have them remove you from the project.
To be reinstated to the project at a later date, you’ll need a new invitation to it. Ask anyone already involved in the project to invite you.

Some organizations prevent users from downloading apps to their computers and mobile devices without permission.
If you can’t download the authenticator app, contact your organization’s IT department for help.
You can configure 2SV using the Oracle Authenticator App, or you may be able to use your preferred authenticator app if you already have one on your device.
