Update your contact details

Update your personal details in Aconex.

Tip!

You can't change your Given name or Family name. To have those changes made, ask your Org Admin to raise a service request with the required changes. If you raise the request yourself, please include your Org Admin as an additional contact so they can approve the change.

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Under User, click Account Details.
  1. Edit the information you need to. Make sure you have completed all mandatory fields — they're marked in yellow — or you won't be able to save your changes.
  2. The three most important pieces of information are your login name, your email address and whether you are visible in the global directory – double check these are set correctly.
  3. Click the Save button.
