Link an Aconex account

Link all your Aconex accounts to your Lobby account, and access them all from one place.

Follow these steps to link an Aconex account to your Lobby account. You'll need to sign into the Lobby to begin this process. You can find the Lobby sign-in screen here. Alternatively your Org Admin can link the account(s) for you.

Tip!

If you log in to Aconex with an Aconex username and password, you will be guided to create a new Lobby account or link your Aconex account to an existing Lobby account.
  1. Sign in to the Lobby at constructionandengineering.oraclecloud.com.
  2. Click Manage Linked Accounts from the user menu in the top right of the screen.
  1. Click Link an Account.
  1. Select the instance (or project location) your Aconex account is on. You'll be directed to the login screen for that instance to enter your login name and password.
  1. Enter the login name (or email address) and password for the account.

Tip!

If you don't know the password for the Aconex account you want to link and are unable to reset it, you can ask your Org Admin to set a temporary password on the account for you. They do this from the User Accounts List screen under the Setup menu. They click your name and click Password. They will need to tell you the temporary password they have set for your account.
  1. Click Log in to link the account.
  1. You'll receive a confirmation the account was linked. You can close this tab to go back to the Lobby.
  1. Click Refresh to see the linked account appear on the list.
  1. To go back to the projects list, click on the drop down menu (top left hand corner) and click Projects.
  2. You'll see the projects from the newly linked account have been added to the list.
