Experiencing an error? Send us an error report
If you experience an error with your smart manual you can contact us for assistance.
We may ask you to supply error log information using the Send Error Report button. This will send all the required log information for us to troubleshoot the issue for you.
Make sure you attach the ErrorLogs.zip file to the email as instructed.
