Follow this guide to get access to your project's Online Archive.
Sometimes you'll need to access an archived project you haven't been invited to. This can be to create a project archive or to access an older archive. You'll first need to ask your Org Admin to confirm if you're invited to the project.
If you need to request a new archive, see what happens when the project ends.
If you're from the Aconex project-owning organization you can archive an organization or project
Your Org Admin can see who has been invited to a project.
In Aconex, they need to select the Setup menu, and User Role Assignment.
Click the question mark icon in the top menu to see who your Org Admins are.
Selecting the Project tab gives your Org Admin a drop-down list of projects in the organization.
They then select the correct project and search in the name boxes.
Your Org Admin will see one of three results.
If you have permission, the User Details, Assignment & Configuration report provides details of projects and users in your organization.
Sometimes there is no Org Admin for your organization. This can happen if the Org Admins move companies without a handover to someone new, or if a new organization has purchased an Aconex organization with a new team working on it.
If this happens, please contact Oracle Support to get access. The team can either make an existing user into an Org Admin or add you as a new Org Admin. If you're from a new organization and your email address doesn't match, we'll ask for confirmation to ensure you should have access to the project and organization.
If your project is closed and your Org Amin can't invite you to the project, they'll need to contact Oracle Support for temporary access. Please ask them to include the archive order number and payment proof for the archive order. We'll verify the payment proof to grant access.
Your Org Admin then has 48 hours to access Aconex and send you an invite to the project.
Does your project use Explicit Invitation mode? If so, you'll need a different process. If you're in the project-owning organization, then follow these steps to get access. All others will need to request an external invitation (below).
If you're not in the project-owning organization, you'll need an external invitation. Please contact Oracle Support for assistance.
