Request an archive quote

When your project comes to an end, you can order an archive to retain a copy of your project data.

Required permissions
Request Archive Quote

To use this service you need a lobby account. Create one yourself now.

Alternatively, your Org Admin can create Lobby accounts for all users in your organization.

Note: If the user who logs in and generates the archive has access to confidential information in Aconex, these will also be included in the archive. Confidential items in the archive are shown with an exclamation mark.

  1. From the main navigation click Setup and select Archive Quote.
  1. A new tab will open detailing the archiving options available.
  2. Click Request Quote for either a Project Archive or Online Archive. For Scheduled Archive click Contact Us to send an email to our sales team to discuss this product.
  1. Your name and organization will appear. Select the project you want to request an archive for.
  2. Enter your country of residence. 
  1. (Optional) Click to expand More Options. This is only available for Project Archives.
  • Request a mail-only or documents-only archive. Leave the setting as Both to include both documents and mail in your archive.
  • Restrict the content of your archive to a specific date range.
  1. Click Request Quote. You'll see a confirmation message that the request has been received. A member of our sales team will be in contact to discuss your archive order.
