Here's a simple email invite for companies new to Aconex, so they can register their organization and join your project.
You’ll be working with external collaborators on your project, and their organizations need to be registered on Aconex to be able to use it.
Search for them in the Global Directory. If they are already registered, you can invite them to your project on Aconex by sending them an Aconex mail, or if you are a project admin from the project-owning org you can add them to the project via the project participants page.
Dear <organization contact name>,
Welcome to the <project name> project, which we are running using Aconex. To access the project data on Aconex yourselves, you will need register your organization. To do this, please follow this link to open the registration page and follow the steps under Registering your organization in Aconex. Make sure you select the <Project Location> project location.
Once you’ve submitted this form, Oracle Support will validate and register your organization within 24 hours. Please note that:
The person who completes the form automatically becomes the Organization Administrator for your company. Amongst other tasks, they are responsible for creating your organization’s user accounts and managing their permissions.
This person should also create another Org Admin user to ensure there’s always at least one Org Admin who can be contacted by other users.
If your Org Admin is new to Aconex, they should watch this online training which introduces basic tasks such as creating new users and assigning user roles.
