As an organization, you can be involved in many mails within a process.
What does this mean for your organization?
Overdue: The latest mail with a response required has passed the due date. (highest priority)
Outstanding: The latest mail with a response required is within the due date.
Responded: The latest mail with a response required has been responded to, but the process has not been closed.
Closed: The process has been closed. (lowest priority)
In the case of multiple statuses, the following attributes are calculated from the highest status after applying any filters.
An organization Majestic sends a mail to Splice and Arkitera.
Splice responds to Majestic with a response required mail.
The initial mail is still outstanding, but now Majestic has received a mail with a response required. This has created a second status in the process for Majestic. They can see 'Expecting Response' and 'To Respond'.
Org. | Process ref | Completion status | Action | BIC | Overdue |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Majestic | MAJ-A-000072 | Outstanding | Expecting Response | Arkitera | n/a |
Outstanding | To respond | Majestic | |||
Arkitera | MAJ-A-000072 | Outstanding | To respond | Arkitera, Splice | n/a |
Splice | MAJ-A-000072 | Outstanding | Expecting Response | Majestic | n/a |
With the action filter set as Any, the status is calculated from the highest status. In this case, both statuses are Outstanding, but if one of the mails becomes overdue, then the overall status would also be overdue.
