View your organization's details in the Lobby

Find your organization's Lobby Admins and other details such as the Identity Domain URL.

  1. Sign in to the Lobby at constructionandengineering.oraclecloud.com.
  2. Choose Organizations from the menu in the top left of the navigation bar.

View the Organization Directory

The Organization Directory lists all your organizations. This includes both the organizations where you're a member and those where you're an administrator.

Your home organization is shown with a house icon.

If you're an administrator, you'll see a shield icon in the Admin column for that organization. Click View users to see a list of the users in the organization.

Tip!

If you dont see the option to view the directory it means you are not a Lobby Admin. You'll need to ask your existing Lobby admin to make you a Lobby admin so you can create user accounts. Alternatively, if you are an Aconex Org Admin but not a Lobby Admin, you can unlink and re-link your Aconex account to refresh your Lobby Admin status.

Find your Lobby Admin

Just like with Aconex Org Admins, Lobby Admins are users with extra responsibilities. They can add or remove users, change your home organization, and reset 2SV.

Click your organization's name to see the admins listed.

Find your Identity Domain URL

You can find your Identity Domain URL (also called an IDCS stripe) by clicking on the organization name. This information is useful when configuring SSO.
