Capture an issue from an inspection checklist on Mobile

Capture issues found during inspections directly as responses to the checklist.

If you’re using a checklist for an inspection, and you find an issue, you can raise it right from the checklist item.

  1. Tap the issue icon for the relevant checklist item.
  1. The New Issue window will be presented for you to fill in. Some fields may be pre-filled but you can edit the items as required.
  2. Fill in the required fields and tap Save to save the issue to this project.
  1. This brings you back to the checklist. You’ll notice the issue indicator now shows that an issue exists for that checklist item. Multiple issues can be captured against a single checklist item.
  1. Tap Save again to save changes to the inspection along with the issue(s).
