Add, view and export issue comments on Mobile

Work with comments across issues in Oracle Aconex Mobile.

Comments can be added online and offline using the same procedure. You will see an animation of three square boxes in the Comments section when your device goes offline.

Add a comment

  1. Open the mobile app and tap Issues.
  2. Tap the issue you want to add a comment to.
  3. (Optional) Assign the issue to the appropriate organization.
  4. Scroll down to the comments section.
  5. Tap the To field and choose the organization you want the comment to be visible to, or select Everyone to add a public comment that is visible to all involved organizations.
  6. Enter your comment.
  7. Tap the Send icon.

View comments

  1. Select an issue.
  2. Scroll down to comments section.
  3. View the existing comments.

Tip!

You can view public comments on a shared issue if the organization has also chosen to share their public comments with you.

Export comments

Comments cannot be exported in Offline mode.

  1. Go to Issues.
  2. Tap on the Export icon.
  3. Tap on the Comments button so that it turns green.
  4. Tap Export.
