Link mail to packages

Link an existing mail from the Sent folder or Inbox.

  1. Go to Mail and open either the Inbox or the Sent folder. 
  2. Select the mail to be linked to your packages.
  3. Click on Tools and choose Link to packages.

Tip!

You can select up to 100 mails to be linked at a time. If you choose to link confidential mail, keep in mind it is only visible to the sender and recipients of the mail itself.

  1. Choose the packages you want the mail to be linked to. You can filter this list by Package Number, Title and Type.

Tip!

You'll only see open packages where you are either the Package Administrator or Editor, and where the Package Types have mail creation enabled. If you want to link a mail to a closed package, you’ll have to reopen the package first.

  1. Click Link to Packages. 
  2. You'll see a confirmation message.
  3. Now when you view the linked mail, you'll see a reference to the package(s). The mail itself also appears in the appropriate package(s).

Removing mail from packages

Select the checkbox to the left of the Status column, then click Remove.
